Boarding

Please plan ahead when boarding your pet.  Make sure that all of the required vaccines are up to date.  These usually include Rabies, Distemper, and for dogs, Bordatella (the kennel cough vaccine).  We recommend getting the Bordatella vaccine at least 2 weeks prior to boarding for full efficacy.  We are happy to provide you with copies of you vaccine records or fax them to the boarding kennel, but please give us 24 hours notice.

We do not offer boarding at Calvert Veterinary Center, but we would be happy to recommend a reputable facility, or a pet sitter who could come to your house to care for your pets. Here is a list of boarding kennels that our clients and friends have used:
